EVENT INFORMATION
Menu:
- Entree Option 1: Roasted Chicken Coq Au Vin: Chicken thigh ragout, applewood-smoked bacon
- Entree Option 2: Flatiron Steak with Creamed spinach, roasted tomato, red wine demi-glace
- Entree Option 3: Stuffed Pepper with smoked tomato coulis (vegetarian)
All meals served with:
- Mixed Green Salad: Lolla rosa, frisée, baby kale, carrots, radish, olive dust, sherry dressing
- Roasted Garlic and Red Bliss potato mash: Lemon roasted asparagus and blistered heirloom cherry tomatoes
- Dessert - Chocolate Mousse and Salted Carmel
Attire:
- Midshipmen/Cadets: Full Dress, Mess Dress, or Service Dress Blues
- Men: Tuxedo or Dark Suit and Tie
- Women: Gown or Cocktail Dress
*Changing rooms will be available for Midshipmen/Cadets to change into gowns or casual attire. Casual clothing may be worn during the last half of the dance and for Casino Night
