Dedications
Celebrate your Midshipman/Cadet by submitting a dedication for the Souvenir Program that will be given to all Colorado All Service Academy Ball attendees.
Submit a photo along with the text and we will typeset it for you. Many families will place a dedication for their cadet/midshipmen, especially if they are in their senior year.
Pricing:
Full Color, Full Page (7.2” x 9.7”) - $100
Full Color, Half Page (7.2” x 4.75”) - $50
Full Color, Quarter Page (3.5” x 4.8”) - $25
Email your artwork to casabprogram@coloradoasab.org and include the following information:
- Your Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Your Service Academy Affiliation: USMA, USNA, USCGA, USMMA, USAFA
Payments can be made using one of the following methods:

Photos: Clear and High-Quality photographs FULL or HALF size page dedications only. All dedications should be sized to the correct dimensions and orientation and formatted for High-quality printing (300 dpi resolution).
Dedications: Need to be camera-ready (no additional design or layout required) in PDF format. The specifications are as follows:
*PDF or PDF-X/1a file format (version 8.0 or higher compatible) with fonts and images embedded.
*Embedded images must be a minimum of 200 PPI (pixels per inch)
*Color images should be CMYK
The deadline to submit camera-ready artwork is December 10, 2024.
